In the heart of Amsterdam's Jordaan district lies a busy street that is also colloquially known as ‘Little Italy’. It owes this name to the large number of Italian restaurants on the street. Each of these offers high quality, but in only one of these establishments are pizzas made: La Perla.

On the opposite corner of the street, La Perla offers both indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to pizzas, they also serve pasta and sandwiches. There is also an interesting and changing wine list, with several wines also available by the glass.
